Klasic Property Services is a full service construction and property management service firm that provides relief to property owners by managing all construction and maintenance issues.  

The brand reached out to our creative studio with some outdated visual identity, website and market positioning that failed to represent this company, its expertise and its innovative solutions.

BUILDING HOMES THAT ENABLE PEOPLE TO LIVE BETTER

They needed to reinforce their brand positioning with a new visual identity; an elegant website, beautifully designed, and placing their new digital experience at the core of their conversion strategy.

 

So Shapeshift concepted a state-of-the-art user experience that put qualified prospects front and center. We focused on two key goals : a smooth and subtile navigation and an engaging portfolio. 

OBJECTIVE

Klasic Property Services’s brand is reinforced in every line and transition. Every page has purpose and showcases business expertise. The company doesn’t just provide services, they craft custom solutions.

Driven by geometric patterns, breathtaking design elements, elegant interaction and seamless functionality, each page is brought to life to connect with potential customers and win over visitors trust and confidence.

Instead of a simple photo gallery as portfolio, we pushed the experience into an immersive journey, inviting engagement and conversion every step of the way.

The portfolio gives each construction or remodeling project, a strong prominence. Each case study displays some "before" & "after" galleries, employs succinct, streamlined copywriting and allows the visual imagery to be completed by videos when necessary.

CHALLENGES

The new features we introduced educate the right audiences quickly and attract better-informed prospects. The new web product now boasts a striking balance of innovative design and purposeful utility.

Users now can drill down to valuable content efficiently and spend more time on the website than ever before. More importantly, the quantity and quality of interested prospects has jumped dramatically.

The homepage's hero was designed as a slideshow. Each user is used as an axis of interests and decisions that lead him to moving from content to content as quickly as possible, being in accordance with his needs.

At another level, we featured the Insights page prominently to specifically target key user groups with valuable content and information necessary to move prospects further down the sales funnel efficiently.
